Official Giveaway Rules

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win a giveaway on The Tobacco Estate, and a purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Giveaways that require payment to enter are prohibited on the Estate. Any member may request free entry to an open giveaway by messaging the host before the entry deadline.

Open to registered members who are of legal smoking age in their jurisdiction and at least 18 years old. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The host of a giveaway may not enter their own drawing.

Winners are selected by random draw from the entrant roster using the Estate’s drawing tool. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Winners are notified on the site and by email and announced in the giveaway thread.

Prizes are provided and shipped by the hosting member, not by The Tobacco Estate. Prizes must comply with the Community Charter — pipes, cigar accessories, and related gear only, never tobacco (including cigars) or nicotine products. The host is responsible for prize fulfillment and any applicable taxes; winners are responsible for any taxes on prizes they receive.

The Tobacco Estate provides the giveaway tooling as a convenience and is not the sponsor of member-hosted giveaways. We may cancel or void any giveaway that violates these rules or applicable law.
