Community Charter
The Tobacco Estate is a private community for adults who appreciate the craft and tradition of pipe and cigar. We ask every member to: be courteous and welcoming to newcomers; keep discussion civil and on the level; buy, sell, and trade honestly, and only what these grounds permit — pipes, cigar accessories, and related gear, never tobacco or cigars themselves; respect the privacy of fellow members; and report anything that violates the spirit of the house. Members who act in bad faith may have their access suspended.

By using The Tobacco Estate you confirm that you are of legal smoking age in your jurisdiction. All transactions are conducted directly between members; each party is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, duties, and shipping costs that apply within their respective and applicable jurisdictions. The Tobacco Estate does not sell tobacco; only pipes, cigar accessories, and related gear may be listed or exchanged — never tobacco in any form, including cigars. By using this site you agree to hold The Tobacco Estate and its owners, operators, and affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or responsibilities arising from or in relation to any interaction, transaction, or communication conducted on or through this platform. These terms may be updated from time to time.
