Community Charter
The Tobacco Estate is a private community for adults who appreciate the craft and tradition of pipe and cigar. We ask every member to: be courteous and welcoming to newcomers; keep discussion civil and on the level; buy, sell, and trade honestly — pipes, cigar accessories, cigars, pipe tobacco, and collectible or discontinued tobacco items, exchanged directly between members who are of legal age and who follow all applicable laws; respect the privacy of fellow members; and report anything that violates the spirit of the house. The Estate is a venue only — it does not sell goods and is never a party to member transactions. Members who act in bad faith may have their access suspended.

Terms & Conditions
By using The Tobacco Estate you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. All transactions are conducted directly between members; each member is solely responsible for the legality of their listings and trades, for confirming the other party is of legal age, and for all taxes, fees, duties, licensing, and shipping requirements that apply to tobacco products in their jurisdiction. The Tobacco Estate is a venue only — it does not sell goods, process payments, or take part in member transactions. By using this site you agree to hold The Tobacco Estate and its owners, operators, and affiliates harmless from any and all liabilities, claims, damages, or responsibilities arising from or in relation to any interaction, transaction, or communication conducted on or through this platform. These terms may be updated from time to time.
Never use the Estate to arrange, advertise, or complete a sale or shipment of tobacco that violates the PACT Act, USPS regulations, or the terms of any shipping carrier. Ship only lawfully, and only to verified adults 21 or older.
